How long does delivery take in South Africa?
Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days for major cities (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria) and 5-7 business days for other areas. Express delivery (1-2 business days) is available for select locations at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your parcel through our courier partners or by logging into your Vuxongi account. For assistance, WhatsApp us at 063 423 6554.
What are the shipping costs?
We offer FREE standard shipping on orders over R500. Orders under R500 have a flat shipping fee of R65. Express shipping is available for R150. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within South Africa. We're working on expanding our international shipping options. Sign up for our newsletter at vuxongi.co.za to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we can update your delivery address. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp (063 423 6554) or email (support@vuxongi.co.za) with your order number and new address.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on unworn items with original tags and packaging. Items must be in resaleable condition. Contact returns@vuxongi.co.za to initiate a return, and we'll provide a prepaid return label.
How do I exchange for a different size?
Exchanges are free! Contact us via WhatsApp (063 423 6554) or email with your order number and desired size. We'll arrange the exchange and prioritize shipping your new size within 2-3 business days.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. The funds will appear in your account within 3-5 additional business days, depending on your bank. Refunds are issued in ZAR to your original payment method.
Can I return sale or clearance items?
Most sale items can be returned within 30 days. However, items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" cannot be returned unless they are defective. Check the product page for specific return eligibility.
How do I find my correct shoe size?
We provide detailed size guides on each product page. Measure your foot length in centimeters and compare with our size chart. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up. For personalized sizing help, WhatsApp us a photo of your foot measurement.
Are all your products authentic?
Absolutely! We only sell 100% authentic products sourced directly from authorized distributors and brand partners. Every item comes with proof of authenticity, and we offer a money-back guarantee if authenticity is ever questioned.
When will out-of-stock items be available again?
Restock times vary by product. Click "Notify Me" on the product page to receive an email when the item is back in stock. You can also WhatsApp us for estimated restock dates and similar alternative products.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! We offer complimentary gift wrapping on all orders. Simply select the gift wrap option at checkout and add a personalized message. Perfect for birthdays, holidays, or special occasions.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), debit cards, instant EFT, SnapScan, and PayFast. All transactions are processed securely in South African Rand (ZAR).
