30-Day Return Window

We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy on most items. Items must be unworn and in original packaging.

What Can Be Returned?

  • Unworn items with original tags attached and in original packaging
  • Defective products within 30 days of purchase
  • Wrong items shipped in error
  • Items in resaleable condition showing no signs of wear

Place the item in its original packaging with all tags attached

Drop off the package at any authorized shipping location

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.

Refunds will be issued in South African Rand (ZAR) to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We'll ship your exchange for free!

Exchange requests are prioritized and typically ship within 2-3 business days.

Return Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Worn or used footwear
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Clearance items (unless defective)

How long do I have to return an item?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unworn, with original tags, and in their original packaging.
Who pays for return shipping?
We provide free prepaid return labels for all standard returns. For exchanges, return shipping is always free!
Can I return sale items?
Yes, most sale items can be returned within 30 days. However, items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" cannot be returned unless they are defective.
How long does it take to get my refund?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
What if my item is defective?
Defective items can be returned at any point within 30 days. Contact us immediately with photos of the defect, and we'll expedite your replacement or refund.
